This won’t come as any surprise to those in the know in the business…
I’ve checked Kaufmann’s Official site but I don’t see a comment about his marital separation?
If this is true, I’m saddened by it.
Why should he comment? Jonas Kaufmann is, in my opinion, the consummate
operatic performer. He “belongs” to the public in his public personae. The rest of the time, he belongs to himself — if he has any time!
