Dusseldorf has got in first.

It’s March 26, Beethoven 9th, conductor Yutaka Sado, at the Tonhalle.
The city apparently has the biggest expat Japanese community in Germany.
Here’s the source.
And here’s the orchestra’s website.

    Dear Norman,
It was wonderful to read that the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra’s old friend Yukata Sado has been swift to organise a concert in Düsseldorf in solidarity with victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. However, the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, which, in 1956, was the first European orchestra ever to tour Japan, and which remains a regular biennial visitor to the country, has been even quicker to react.
Our orchestra manager Max Wagner had the inspiration to try and involve all four permanent orchestras from Stuttgart in a benefit concert for the victims. In collaboration with the other orchestra and opera managers it was possible to stage an event in the Stuttgart Liederhalle Beethovensaal on 23rd March. Besides the Stuttgart Chamber, the Stuttgart Philharmonic, Stuttgart Radio Symphony, and Württemberg Opera Orchestras made individual contributions to the programme which was played to a capacity audience. We are happy to tell you that a quite considerable sum – nearly € 70,000 – was raised for this humanitarian cause.
The event was widely reported in the German Press:-
