More musical gloom from Japan
mainSeiji Ozawa’s recovery from cancer surgery has suffered a setback, possibly aggravated by being in Tokyo during the earthquake.
Ozawa, 75, was due to resume conducting in August. Now he has told an Austrian newspaper that he will not be back before January 2012, though he is confident of making a full return next year.
